Most of this has to be done remotely. Each time there was a need for anything to be done at the home she was there from me to meet anyone neccesary. She made the regualr process easy from the start. She is also very caring and understanding and that helped me through a difficult time with an estate sale situation and sale of the home. She is the best!

We had several hurdles with long distance communication and paperwork. She had answers for every issue. She worked hard for Ken and helped me as his Attorney In Fact. She was just great!

She always goes the extra mile to make it easier for clients. Carol explains all the details that are confusing to me. I feel she really listened to me and what I wanted rather than just take charge and tell me that I needed to do certain things to sell it. Very easy to work with and the title company told me they were always happy to work with her, too.

Water damage stalled the September sale because of monsoon water damage. Carol was a great partner as we investigated and selected contractors. I lived in MS during this period so Carol took the local lead. Back on the market in Jan, it was sold before being listed. Excellent guide during this period ! All is done ..... and my neighbors are happy with the new per SQ Foot price for THVI.

She's the best!

Being out of state buyers she helped us coordinate inspections and met contractors at the house when needed when we weren't available. She had a wealth of information related to knowledgeable contractors. Our plan is to extensively remodel the house so having different contractors recommended was great. She kept us completely informed throughout the buying process and was available at varies hours for phone calls, meetings, etc. Negotiations continued back and forth with the seller and working with Carol was great throughout the process. We would recommend Carol to anyone looking for a great realtor and if we purchase or sell a house in the future she will be getting a call to represent us.

She maintained that relationship through the years and we were pleased to recommend her to our friends when they needed a real estate agent.
